About Hunt County Court Docket

Hunt County court dockets are divided among two clerk offices, several trial courts, lower courts, and a statewide electronic system. That split can make a simple date or filing hard to trace. This private reference site organizes the official routes so visitors can identify the right court, clerk counter, portal, address, or telephone number before making a request.

Why We Built This Site

There is no single database for every public Hunt County record. Files from the 196th and 354th District Courts are kept by the District Clerk. The County Clerk maintains the County Courts at Law records, including county civil, misdemeanor, probate, and guardianship matters. Justice Court and municipal files remain with their own clerks. The county Docket Search, re:SearchTX, and direct request routes are organized here by custodian so a reader can begin at the office that actually holds the case.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, with no affiliation to a Texas court, clerk, or public agency. Its role has clear limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

An official or certified docket sheet must come from the clerk or court that maintains the original case. The links here help identify that office but cannot replace its record.

Search Partners

Search boxes on certain pages are operated by outside companies. Each provider sets its own prices, service terms, and result coverage. If a visitor purchases a service after following one of those tools, a referral payment may help fund this free reference. Hunt County Court Docket neither sets the charge nor promises that a partner search will locate a particular record.
